Travel Counsellors named in Sunday Times Top Track 250 for fifth year

We’re thrilled to announce that Travel Counsellors has again been named in The Sunday Times Top Track 250 league table, in recognition our impressive growth in sales over the last 12 months.

This is the fifth consecutive year we have been listed in the top 250, a prestigious ranking of Britain’s mid-market growth private companies.

Building on a sustained period of growth, the firm has now achieved 15 consecutive years of record growth, with turnover growing by 55 per cent in the three years ending October 2018. In August 2019 alone, the firm saw a record number of last-minute bookings for overseas destinations in a single month, with £1.8m worth of reservations, a hike of 25 per cent on the same period last year.

The Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250 league table ranks Britain’s mid-market growth private companies with the greatest sales, compiled for its 14th annual edition by Fast Track and published in The Sunday Times in October. To be included, companies must have operating margins that exceed two per cent; and sales must also be growing year-on-year by five per cent or more for the highest turnover companies.
