Stay connected with the myTC app - updated with new features
In 2016 the launch of our first consumer app ‘myTC’ strengthened our core principles of customer care, providing business travellers with instant access to travel information, itineraries and travel documents, as well as offering constant contact with the Travel Counsellor.
Using the very best technology we ensure the business traveller is always looked after, wherever they are in the world. We’ve now updated the myTC app with some new features to make it even more useful when booking and travelling for business.
Alongside being able to make bookings, payments and having access to yourtravel documentation and quotes, you can now receive alerts for any changes or delays to your flight, as well as having your own travel wishlist to hand.
Our flight alerts update comes in partnership with flightstats.com, and ensures you’ll stay up-to-speed on the latest flight updates. If a change is made to a flight which is shown in the app, you’ll receive a notification which will direct you to the altered flight.
All flight alerts shown in the app will be colour coded to distinguish between fairly standard changes (amber) such as gate or terminal changes, or delays of up to 59 minutes. More severe alerts (red) include delays of 60 minutes or more, flight cancellation or diversions – and may result in your Travel Counsellor taking action.
These updates to the myTC app ensure you stay connected no matter where you are – and ensure that your Travel Counsellor can keep in constant contact with you to resolve any issues.
