My name is Willemien and I am a Business Travel Counsellor based in Pretoria.

I obtained my National Diploma in Tourism at the Technikon of Pretoria where I was awarded top academic achiever for each of the three years! My trade qualifications includes; International Fares and Ticketing courses (I – V), SAAFARI, SAAFARE, GALILEO, AMADEUS, SA Telelink business writing, Marriott Hotel Excellence Course as well as various destination related certificates.

In my 29 years experience working as a travel advisor, I have gained extensive experience handling various corporate accounts both large and small. I pride myself in offering a professional, efficient personal service with attention to detail. Clients appreciate my ability to stay calm and collected even under pressure!

I offer a one-stop service to cater for all your corporate travel needs including international and domestic flight reservations, assistance with visa applications, advice on health requirements, travel insurance, car rental bookings, rail tickets, foreign exchange orders, hotel accommodation (access to over 700,000 establishments), shuttle services, lounge access passes, conferencing and incentive travelling and so much more...

Running my own business gives me the flexibility of working from anywhere. This enables me to assist with an emergency even if it is outside of traditional office hours. I can also meet you at your office at a time that suits you.
