My name is Patricia Howell and I am a Business Travel Counsellor based in Bedfordview on the East Rand. Although my location is in Gauteng, I can offer any business travel related services to my clients wherever they are based in South Africa or overseas.

I am passionate about travel and I have been in the travel industry for over 25 years and during this time I have worked on a number of large travel accounts with companies such as the Edcon Group where I was the travel manager of the in-house under the banner of American Express Travel Services. I have also worked with Columbus Steel, Investec, SAB, Reumech, 3M, Standard Bank and BHP Billiton.

As a Business Travel Counsellor I can offer my clients the best flights that are offered by the various airlines that have representation in South Africa, as well as any other travel related products which would include hotels, car hire, travel insurance and visa assistance. I have access to over 70 000 hotels worldwide with Travel Counsellors Phenix Reservation System, as well as special fares that are offered to the Travel Counsellors Group.

Travel Counsellors is an international travel company founded in 1994 with offices in six countries worldwide. The Travel Counsellors Group is there to help me every step of the way and this allows me to give my full attention to my clients needs. Travel Counsellors is accredited with IATA and also has a level 2 B-BBEE contributor.

In the event of any supplier failing to honour their commitment, all Travel Counsellors business clients’ monies are protected under the Company's Travel Trust. This protection is provided free of charge to Travel Counsellors business clients.
