With 26 years of experience in the travel industry, I specialize in corporate travel and have a wealth of knowledge in this dynamic field. I hold a Cotac 1 Travel Diploma and have completed numerous courses in fares, Galileo, and Amadeus, as well as service-orientated training. I also possess a Level 5 National Diploma in Retail Travel through THETA and am a Certified Travel Advisor accredited by ASATA (Association of Southern African Travel Agents).
