Thanks to Marcia, my husband and I could enjoy a trip (our first) to New Zealand. The travel arrangements included last minute new arrangements including Visas and with her help we travelled from Durban to Pretoria to collect the emergency documents with our passports all last minute. She left no stone unturned to make this possible. She was constantly in contact with us, ensuring us not to panic. She personally travelled with us to finalize the collecting. Everything else went smoothly and what a wonderful experience we had. The splendid hospitality of the country men and the flight attendants was absolutely amazing. I am sure that we are not the only satisfied customers. She is great, friendly and has a calm way of handling any situation. You are a STAR.

I have always received excellent service from Marcia. I dealt with her previously for many years before she started on her own. Thanks to her, I have always managed to get business class upgrades through my voyager miles, on the dates requested. Marcia always goes out of her way to ensure that all my travel arrangements go according to plan, and as a pensioner I really appreciate that extra touch. This year alone she has organised my trips to Sydney, Auckland, Chobe as well as a cruise to Greece, Turkey, Croatia and Spain. I cannot thank her enough for the really great service she provides and I will certainly continue supporting her.

With her many years of experience, Marcia is obviously efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to the practicalities and theory of bookings and schedules. What sets her apart is her attention to detail, pro-activity and personal involvement. She puts in time 'off duty', over weekends, even public holidays, to check that the flight took off OK, the freight landed safely, whatever could have been a potential problem. She says it's for her own peace of mind - but boy, does it ease customers' minds too.
