Hello, I am Kim, a Cape Town based Travel Counsellor with travel in my blood since 1994.

I began my career at Rennies Travel Training Institute, completing Cotac 1, SAA international fares and ticketing 1 & 2, BSP and full Galileo certification.

Since then, I have worked across corporate travel in South Africa and the UK, from Rennies in-house teams for Panasonic, Johnson & Johnson and BMW South Africa Head Office to Carlson Wagonlit Travel, ATPI International, Aero24, Harvey World Travel’s Old Mutual in-house and Thompsons Travel.

Career highlights include coordinating over 400 delegates to Caesars Palace for the “Wedding” of Old Mutual and Marriott and arranging VIP travel for the glamorous grand opening of the Oyster Box Hotel for more than 250 guests, directors and owners. I have also managed incentives, conferences, school tours and complex itineraries where every detail matters.

In 2015, I joined Travel Counsellors, later stepping away to raise my daughter and run my own independent travel business for ten years, before rejoining the Travel Counsellors community, where my heart always was.

I understand the pressures on today’s businesses and travellers and I take pride in combining meticulous planning with genuine care and calm problem-solving.
My focus is to make every journey as smooth and stress-free as possible, with clear communication and support that goes beyond standard office hours.
