My name is Helga Wenning and I am proud to be a Business Travel Counsellor. Although I am based in Northern Kwazulu Natal, I am able to provide a wide variety of travel services to clients in any part of the world.
During the past 20 years in the travel industry, I have had extensive experience with corporate travel. I was very privileged to work in-house at Mercedes-Benz South Africa and Anglo American.
After getting married and moving to Natal in 2007, I began looking after many smaller corporate companies such as Viacom Media, FUNK Productions, Bankerv Africa, Jendamark Automation, Imperial Air-conditioning and Fourways Aircon, to name just a few.

Corporate Travel Management is my passion, I see myself as an extension of the company’s team. Together we ensure simple, cost effective, seamless booking processes and travel.

Being a Business Travel Counsellor means that I run my own business with the backup and support from our very dedicated Travel Counsellors Head Office team in Cape Town and the UK. This way I can offer you the service that you deserve with the comfort of you enjoying your travel experience without having to worry about any arrangements. The accounting/admin side of the business is also dealt with by our head office which frees me up so that I can dedicate my time to my clients. I can provide you with comprehensive travel reports on a regular basis. Another huge part of my support structure is the more than 1,600 colleagues I have across the world. We are in constant contact with each other via our Communicator System and finding a suitable hotel or solving a problem is no challenge as.
