I am a home‑based Business Travel Counsellor working from the eastern suburbs of Johannesburg, partnering with clients wherever they (or I) are in the world. My “office” is flexible: from my home desk to boardrooms, coffee shops and late‑night calls when your travellers are on the move. I bring over 30 years of work experience across various industries, with a strong foundation in mining. Twelve of those years have been in the travel industry: five years focused purely on corporate travel within mining and events, and the past seven years running my own travel business.

My previous corporate clients include:

- A French mining company with expatriates in South Africa and Namibia, travelling regularly into Africa, Europe, the UK, Canada, North and South America, Mongolia and Norway.
- An international events and conferencing company, with its Africa division based in Malaysia, whose trainers and events co‑ordinators travelled to Papua New Guinea, the Middle East, the Far East and across Africa.

This experience means I understand the reality behind every booking request: tight connections, complex routings, last‑minute changes, traveller safety, budget constraints and the pressure of getting people where they need to be, on time and able to focus on what they need to do instead of worrying about travel logistics.

As part of Travel Counsellors, I combine the care and consistency of a personal travel manager with the strength of a global travel company behind me. I have access to an extensive range of flights, over 700 000 quality hotels worldwide, tour operators, car rental and transfer partners, airport lounges, visa assistance and travel insurance. Real‑time support and monitoring from our duty office keep me informed of developing situations globally, so I can help look after your travellers and respond quickly when plans need to change.
