Throughout my career I have managed and led teams in these environments, ensuring consistently high service standards, operational efficiency, and full compliance with client and organisational requirements.

I have also served as Team Leader for Conferencing and Groups Departments, overseeing the planning and coordination of complex group travel, meetings, incentives, and events. This has given me strong leadership skills and a meticulous eye for detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and strict budgets.
