My name is Melissa Sivitilli, I am a travel franchise owner with Travel Counsellors. I am based in the South Coast of KZN, although I can handle business travel for clients far and wide.

I have 10 years experience in the travel industry, booking both leisure and business travel alike. I have extensive training on the Galileo system and I have an advanced knowledge of how to build fares, with the purpose of making the procedure easier for you. My experience also includes extensive training on the Travel Counsellors advanced booking system.

I became a Travel Counsellor because it will give me the abilty to work hours that suit my clients. I understand that things don't always happen when they are supposed to. I have been in situations that require me to assist outside of office hours.

Sometimes the situations are small, like an online check-in so that you get the seats you want, and sometimes they are bigger challenges, such as a missed connection. Working from home enables me to assist whenever a situation arises.
