I am a professional Business Travel Counsellor from East London and although this is where I am based, I have lived in Cape Town and Elliot in the Eastern Cape and have handled clients from far and wide.

I became a Travel Counsellor and started my own business in order to offer my clients the best personalised service possible and to focus 100% on their needs. I am able to offer quality business travel solutions from beginning to end in order to save your company time and money and provide the best value for your travel budget.

By working remotely from a virtual office, I am able to work anywhere and at a time that suits you best as well as during the hours required by business travellers. I am also available 24/7 for travel emergencies.

I have all the required qualifications (Galileo, numerous fares and ticketing courses including the IATA/UFTAA International Fares Course) to handle business and leisure travel. I have also completed extensive training on the Travel Counsellors intranet booking system, contact centre and packaging system Phenix.

These qualifications, together with my over 20 years experience with Travel Management companies in Cape Town and East London, and the handling of the travel arrangements for large corporate accounts such as Business Partners and Sedgwick South Africa, allows me to offer high levels of service in the travel industry.

Having travelled extensively to over 30 different countries such as the USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, Far East, Africa and New Zealand means I am able to offer my knowledge and experience for all your travel related queries from advice on visas and health requirements to travel insurance. I can even add leisure activities to your business trip.
