My name is Hilary Riley and I have an excellent 24-year track record in the travel industry, building up all the prerequisite skills, expertise and qualifications to handle the most demanding of travel accounts and to help my customers better manage their travel portfolios.

As a home-based Travel Counsellor working for myself, building my own business and supported operationally by an amazing company, I deliver quality travel solutions which consistently save my clients time, money and valuable resources, while also guaranteeing them the best value possible. I offer a truly concierge travel service which also means that I am available at a time which best suits my clients, similarly I am fully mobile and so can meet my clients from the comfort of their home or workplace.

I have extensive business travel experience, I was trained in South Africa, but I gained most of my experience in London where I worked and managed the travel accounts for some of the world’s largest financial institutions, I also work extensively with a variety of NGO’s and book and manage their travel worldwide.

Having been in the industry for 24 years I have experienced most challenges that frequent travel brings and as such I am able to think quickly and calmly whilst providing solutions and assistance, my travellers and travel bookers are always my top priority. I get to know them both, and as such form a bond that allows us to work in cohesion ensuring then that each booking is seamless and stress free for both my travel bookers and travellers.
