The two companies I work for, Process Plant Technology and Nutritech, and their director Stuart Bradbury, have been a client of Celeste’s for over 15 years. I, as the PA, have had the very good fortune of working with Celeste for only 5 years – and what a pleasure those years have been.
Celeste, without doubt, is one of the most professional operators in the leisure industry.
There’s no messing around with Celeste. I give her the request and she’s on it. Problem with something? She’ll come back with an alternative.
She takes all the pressure off of me so I can relax and know that Celeste will make it happen.
Celeste has a magic wand. She denies this, of course, but she has the ability to float me out of some very deep holes because when I mess up it’s usually a hanging offence!
She’s also quite fearless when handed something out of the ordinary – ask her about a certain parrot that had to be flown to Cape Town! Celeste had it solved and sorted in less than 30 minutes.
She makes me look good. She takes the last minute changes to faraway places in her stride. I don’t think she sleeps much at night – but I do.
She’s quite simply the best at what she does.
