II grew up in the birthplace of JRR Tolkien - Bloemfontein, and currently based in Gauteng. My travel journey fully commenced when we moved to Dubai in 2007, and the ease of travelling that opened from the city.

For the past 23 years I have been passionate about customer service in positions I held in Hospitality and Tourism. I completed my degree in Tourism Management and worked in the Travel Industry before joining Travel Counsellors in Dubai in 2014. The business model allows me to enhance my service delivery and adding that personal touch! My success lies in assisting business travellers with last minute arrangements of sometimes complex itineraries.
