We’re proud to be named as one of the UK’s leading TMCs!
We’re thrilled to announce that we recently ranked number 13 on BTN Europe’s list of the UK’s leading TMCs – moving up a place from last year! The improved ranking is a testament to our concierge-style service and state-of-the-art technology which enables our care-centric approach to business travel.
We attended the Business Travel Show Europe
The Travel Counsellors for Business team had a great couple of days at the BTN Business Travel Show Europe at London’s ExCeL on the 19th and 20th June. It was great to connect with so many organisations and showcase our latest tools and technology. Our AI photobooth also went down a storm. If you were there, don’t forget to share and tag us in your photos on social media – we'd love to see your snaps!
Introducing our Business Travel Barometer
Fresh from its preview at the Business Travel Show Europe, we’re pleased to officially launch our Business Travel Barometer.
The Business Travel Barometer is an interactive quiz that assesses how your current travel management programme stacks up against the pillars of cost, care, and customer – helping you to identify areas where you can make improvements and shift towards a more care-centric approach that builds loyalty to your travel programme.
The quiz takes just five minutes to complete, and at the end, you’ll receive a link to access your personalised report so you can share the insights with colleagues and stakeholders.

Catch up on our ‘Redefining Care’ blogs
Here at Travel Counsellors for Business, we’re on a constant mission to redefine what care means in the world of business travel – and as part of that, we’ve launched a series of articles which explore some of the key reasons for ensuring that ‘care’ is at the heart of every organisation’s travel programme.
In our first article, we take a deep dive into ‘care as a duty’, and why it’s important for care to go far beyond compliance – while in our second piece, we look into how changing workforce expectations are leading to a shift in the nature of business travel programmes. Following that, our third instalment explores the changing demographic of the workforce and how this is impacting business travel programmes.
Still to come, we’ve got articles on changes in travel habits the role that technology plays in putting care back into business travel, and what the new definition of care should be. Keep your eye on our blogs to read these pieces over the coming weeks.
Our Business Travel Counsellors came together for our Business Travel Conference
On Saturday 22nd June, our Business Travel Counsellors, Support Hub colleagues, and suppliers came together for our Business Travel Conference in London. It was a truly inspirational day, with guest speakers including Olympic ski-jumper Eddie ‘The Eagle’ Edwards and comedian and podcaster, Cally Beaton. The conference was a fantastic opportunity to share ideas on how we can even better support the businesses that we work with.
Helping businesses to travel with pride
To mark Pride Month, we shared a blog which included five practical tips for businesses aiming to support their LGBTQ+ employees when they’re travelling for work. From understanding local laws and cultures to providing tailored support resources, discover how your organisation can foster an inclusive and secure environment for all team members, all year round.
