Hi everyone. I am a veteran British travel expert and I have been living in the Middle East since 2009.

For the last 30 years, I have been working in the travel industry, handling both corporate and leisure travel. I have worked as a Corporate travel agent in London (20 years), Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain, and most recently in Dubai as a Corporate Travel Manager. During my time as an agent and a corporate travel coordinator, I have gained much valuable travel experience, which really assists me in understanding what is important for every type of traveler.

As a Travel Counsellor with access to some of the best travel products available in today’s competitive market, I can arrange all aspects of Business Travel, enabling me to look after the most discerning corporate traveler. Along with the usual Business Travel requirements, we also offer "Passenger tracking" and Management Information Reports as standard.

I will take the time to listen and understand the unique requirements of your Business Travellers, so I can provide a quick and efficient personalised service. I take pride in everything I do and I look forward to developing a mutually beneficial working partnership with you.

I always used to make all my own travel arrangements until Alison convinced me to let her do them for me. Now a simple word or message is enough and the bookings are done: flights, hotels and transfers. It saves me so much browsing time and I know I'll be getting a follow-up service during my travels - Should there be a change of plan, a flight cancellation or any other problem, I know she will be there to put me back on track. I have used Alison’s services for a few trips now, some of which have been extremely complicated routes that include hotels and hire cars. Alison has really taken the stress out of the bookings, used common sense for our preferences and also gets cheaper rates than I can. Simple flights, booked from her UK office, are also cheaper. I highly recommend trying Alison for your next bookings!

It's good to know that after years of using web based search engines that continually seem to work against you, especially on multi-legged journeys, you can pick up the phone or send an email to an efficient and prompt algorithm engine that doesn't explode, in the form of Alison. 10/10
