As your Business Travel Counsellor I offer a full travel management service and will take care of every aspect of your travel requirements. Using my extensive travel knowledge and expertise I will tailor make all your corporate travel arrangements including air tickets, visa services, rail tickets and car hire. In addition I will go beyond many traditional TMCs – think of me as your PA for travel.

I speak 5 languages fluently and therefore will communicate with you in the language that suits you best (Dutch, English, French, Italian and Spanish)
I travel as much as I can and have lived in Asia for over 5 years, I therefore often speak from experience.

Let me assist you with Emergencies 24/7
I will be reachable at any time including evenings and weekends, there is no such thing as opening times with a Travel Counsellor. You will never be in touch with a call centre it will always be me (or a colleague Travel Counsellor if I happen to be on holiday).

Get Up To Date Information
I monitor the latest travel information closely in order to react quickly to any airline strike or other calamity.

At no extra cost
There are no hidden costs, I will search for the best available option and charge a fixed fee per ticket and/or per booking. We do set up a Business account beforehand with an agreed credit line allowing you to book your travel on invoice.
