I'm Sue and I'm proud to be running my own business with Travel Counsellors, an independent, award-winning, international travel company. Together, our priority is to provide exceptional personal service and respected quality products to our clients. Using my many years of airline and business travel experience I am able to provide the most suitable fares, services and advice to suit each individual corporate client, saving them valuable time and often expense.
I have over 30 years experience within the Travel Industry, gained in a variety of backgrounds including working for British Airways at London Gatwick airport, and at their central London flagship Regent Street and City of London offices.
Prior to joining Travel Counsellors I spent 14 years with an independent travel agency specialising in business travel - primarily managing the School Travel department co-ordinating worldwide business travel for academic staff from Independent Schools across the country - as well as taking care of student groups, conferences and tailor-made luxury holidays.
I work remotely from Kent, though my location has no boundaries. With our technology I can easily take care of new, and more and more repeat clients based across the UK from Scotland to London, from the Midlands to the West Country, as well as overseas.
I have always been proud of my dedication to giving the best customer service. With Travel Counsellors I can enhance this further by offering working hours to suit my clients, together with the added buying power, global coverage and 365 day cover benefits that an international travel company can provide.
Travel is my passion and I am lucky to have visited many destinations, including USA, Canada, Caribbean, Brazil, Mexico, Dubai, Australia, Far East, South Africa, Indian Ocean and much of Europe, together with many enjoyable cruise holiday experiences.

Was given detailed advice for a passport query I had prior to travelling. The Staff are excellent, very prompt, administer the bookings very quickly. Check-in for you, print and email boarding passes. They take the hassle out of planning the travel. Excellent service.

It was refreshing to be able to discuss the requirements of the booking beforehand and to have someone do all the searching for you and then supply you with options.
