I have always received great service from Silviya, she is most helpful and provides great service with a smile. We would normally use the official hotel partner when we book hotels for the ICE conference in London, however as Silviya’s service is so good and nothing is too much trouble I prefer to use her services with Travel Counsellors instead.

I sincerely thank my dear Silviya for all her willingness in supporting me/my company for every travel requirement, and above all, for being my “Guardian Angel”.
