My journey began at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where I spent 15 years progressing to Branch Manager of a thriving business travel centre and managing bespoke on-site locations for key accounts.

My professional qualifications include extensive British Airways training (I, II, & III), Certificates in Business Travel, Advanced Certification in Business Travel, and Galileo Fares Expert status. This strong foundation enables me to expertly navigate even the most complex fares and itineraries, offering practical solutions and peace of mind for discerning and demanding travellers.
