Based between Dublin and Brighton, I have over 25 years’ experience delivering corporate travel management solutions for businesses across Ireland and the UK. I operate my own travel management company within the Travel Counsellors Group, a global organisation of nearly 4,000 travel professionals, supported by 450 support staff operating across eight countries.

My team and I work with organisations of all sizes, providing a bespoke travel service designed around efficiency, control and care. Everest BC complete and it wouldn’t have been an adventure without a dramatic finish! Due to extremely bad weather we were all stuck in Lukla Airport (the most dangerous airport in the world 3000 metres high). During my past 2 decades in international business - I've engaged with several "travel agencies". Some delivered a "good" service, some a "fairly acceptable" service, and one delivered an "over the top" service. As a frequent traveler - you tend to forget to book a hotel, you forget to book a car rental - flights get cancelled - weather conditions mess up your travel schedule. What makes the difference at these times is the people you deal with. Whatever time of the day - whatever day in the week, TC and Robert have been ready to help - always with a smile - always ready to "think along". If he's on holiday - he makes sure his colleagues (who are equally as dedicated to their job/customers) are ready to jump in when and where needed. Rob is one of those guys that manages to make my job "easy"... he takes away potential anxiety - he's got my back.
