Prize Draw Terms & Conditions


1. Promoter

The prize draw is organised by Travel Counsellors Limited, whose registered office is at Venus, No1 Old Park Lane, Trafford City, Manchester, England, M41 7HA (“the Promoter”).


2. Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over and who receive an invitation from the Promoter to take part in this survey.
  • Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, or any agencies involved in the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
  • Where the invitation is sent to an employee or representative of a corporate client, that 
    individual must be authorised by their employer to enter the prize draw and accept the prize on the organisation’s behalf. By entering, the individual confirms that they have such authority and that accepting the prize does not breach their employer’s policies on gifts, hospitality or incentives.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

  • The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  • Provided you are eligible to enter (see paragraph 2), you will automatically be entered into the prize draw if you answer all required questions in the survey, submit your email address, and we receive the completed survey before the end of the applicable Entry Period.
  • The survey must be completed and received by us between 16th October 2026 and 20th
    November 2026 (the “Entry Period”). 

4. Prizes

  • One prize is available.
  • The prize is a £250 Amazon.co.uk e-voucher.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
  • The prize is awarded to the individual entrant and may only be accepted where doing so 
    complies with the entrant’s employer’s policies.


5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • One winner will be randomly selected by computer from all valid entries received during the relevant Entry Period.
  • The draw for each Entry Period will take place on or before 1st December 2026.
  • The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw using the email address provided in the survey.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.


6. Data Protection

  • Personal data provided during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: https://people.travelcounsellors.com/gb/privacy-policy/.
  • Entrants’ data will only be used for the administration of the prize draw unless they have 
    opted in to receive marketing communications.

7. General

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a 
    technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure 
    of any kind.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw at any time. 
  • The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding 
    and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  • Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any
    circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or 
    that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and country of prize winners to anyone who emails marketing@travelcounsellors.com or writes to the Promoter’s address set out in Condition 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 3 months of the draw date. If you object to any or all of your surname and country being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at legal@travelcounsellors.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  • This prize draw is governed by English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts.
