I would like to thank you for choosing to look at my personal business travel web page. I have worked in the travel industry for over 30 years, both in the leisure and business sectors and have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge during this time.

I think the team at Travel Counsellors are very efficient, professional and helpful at all times. Melissa always responds super quickly to requests which is much appreciated and goes the extra mile to come up with viable alternatives especially when the request are particularly complicted. This is the first time that I have used an external travel agent - I normally work through the company agent. There are two aspects of the help that Melissa has provided: 1) The booking for the travel. 2) The application for a VISA. The service was exceptional in both cases. I shall definitely work with Melissa again for my travel requirements.

I had an issue with a promotional trip from several countries to South Africa with BA, and they cancelled the night before. Melissa, jumped on it that night and managed to get everyone rebooked which was great!
