With over 35 years of experience in the travel industry, my journey began in a small tour operator in Newcastle upon Tyne and has taken me from cabin crew, to travel agent, call centre specialist, and even a tour operator representative at Newcastle Airport. I've also lived and worked overseas in Gran Canaria and mainland Spain, gaining valuable first-hand destination knowledge that I now share with my clients.
