Lorraine is extremely professional and accommodating. With business travels ever changing schedules she always helps with flights and car hire no matter how complicated and changeable. On many occasion I have had last minute changes or new requests due to customers schedules, she does this quickly and without problems, always remembering my personal preferences and giving several options to chose from which helps so much . I know when I've booked through Lorraine I can just concentrate on my job which is so nice to have the feeling that if anything goes wrong ( which it does often ! ) she is there to sort it for me while I'm on the other side of the world. This type of service is invaluable to a traveling worker when you have enough to do with meetings. I cannot recommend Lorraine enough, not only is she a lovely and friendly person to deal with, but she managed to get me home to Australia during a global pandemic - which I can imagine wasn’t easy. Our representative Lorraine Hewitt is by far and above any level of customer service I have had by any company in the past.
