My name is Lisa, and I'm a travel consultant with over 26 years of experience, specialising in Business Travel.
I have worked for a large multiple agency where I serviced a variety of accounts in and around the Oxford area as well as renowned international accounts, including the World Health Organisation. I was then promoted to run a multi-million pound office based at the AEA technology site at Harwell in Oxfordshire. More recently I have been employed at an independent agency and have equally enjoyed handling the travel arrangements for large international accounts as well as family run businesses.
I am fully qualified to British Airways fares level 3 and relish the opportunity to quote itineraries and with my expertise I am confident that I always offer the best fare combinations, whether it is a straight forward return trip or a complex round the world itinerary. I am also fully trained to look after all your car hire requests, hotel reservations and group enquiries.

Thank you so much for your help this morning with the VeriFly app. Honestly, having you on the other end of the phone when it wasn't working was such a help and also the idea of using a screen shot. I would never have thought of that! Just proving that obvious technology is not my skill set........LOL

Getting back into travel and using apps that require detailed information on your phone always feels a bit precarious. Especially when you know it has to be right. When I could not get the info to upload having your idea of using a screen shot was very helpful.

Lisa has been fantastic in dealing with my travel request for my boss. I struggled to come up with a suitable travel solution from Brussels as no flights flew into the UK (Midlands area) on a Saturday, however Lisa came up with the idea of traveling via the Eurostar, which worked perfect with the times my boss wanted to travel. Lisa kept me fully informed, answered any questions I had and the payment process was easy and secure. Very happy to recommend Lisa to others.
