I have circa 20 years experience in travel, starting with almost 15 years for an airline, before moving to a large financial company where I held responsibility for incentives and events for a large sales team, I set up a construction business with my husband and moved on to running my own Travel Counsellors business in 2016. I understand first hand the demands of having the right people, in the right place and at the right time and that there is no substitute for a face to face meeting or interaction.

My career journey has enabled me to have extensive knowledge of not only travel, but corporate requirements, the construction industry, the joys of running your own business and having the right people to take care of the most important things.
