I am extremely passionate, friendly, motivated and pride myself on my customer care and treating all as an extension of my own team.

I have a proven track record of building long term client relationships, developing customer growth, achieving excellent customer satisfaction and building and maintaining customers software to help achieve ROI and extensive savings.

I have successfully progressed in my travel career, advancing to challenging positions. My background includes roles such as Account Management, Business Development, Configuration Lead and of course Senior Travel Consultant, which I believe has given me the knowledge and expertise across the board to offer a dedicated and personal service to my customers, something you will not be able to find booking online.

I have won several awards throughout my time in travel, including Account Management team of the year for 2 consecutive years and previous companies coveted internal unsung hero awards, along with continuous excellent customer and internal feedback and exceptional NPS scores.
