We are a husband and wife team who provide a highly-personal travel service for our clients. Whether it's an urgent business trip or that dream holiday our considerable expertise can help to ensure the arrangements run as smoothly as possible.

Helen's career in corporate travel began with SAT Business Travel Management (formally St Andrews Business Travel) in Bolton. The experience gained during her time with SAT, where personal service was always paramount, helped pave the way for a move to Travel Counsellors whose customer-focussed approach and company ethos matched those of her own. Helen is very proud to have been part of the Travel Counsellors family now for over 12 years.

Paul also began his career at SAT Business Travel Management spending over 15 years developing the business from a small agency to one of the largest corporate travel companies in the north-west. A management buyout in 2007 led to Paul taking control of the business and, despite an economic downturn, managed to grow sales past £20m in just a few years. Paul sold his company in 2014 and now forms part of the team providing a dedicated corporate and leisure travel service for our clients.

Travel Counsellors’ continued investment in the very latest technology enables us to arrange even the most complex itinerary at a moment’s notice, whilst at the same time utilising the most cost-effective airfares. In addition to booking flights we can offer our clients a bespoke one-stop solution to their travel needs including hotel accommodation, car rental, rail travel, passport and visa advice, airport lounges and many other ancillary services.

We can provide management information in the form of detailed reports on a time basis to meet your specific requirements and these can be delivered in hard copy format or electronically. Please remember, all the above comes with a level of financial protection which is unrivalled in the travel industry. Our client’s money is always secure as it is held in a financial trust account which works in conjunction with the Civil Aviation Authority's ATOL scheme.
