My name is Gaynor Patterson, I am a business travel agent working from my office in Chester.

I have worked in travel since leaving university and have 32 years experience in the industry. I started in travel in the Leisure industry running a dedicated flight only team and then moved into the Corporate field. I have enjoyed building relationships with customers seeing them grow and being a part of the success. Customers knowing that you are there no matter what, has brought customers back when they have moved companies time and time again.
