My name is Claire Tavender and I am based in Worthing, West Sussex but have customers all over the world. As a Travel Counsellor the most important thing for you and your business is that I can give you a truly personal service that is second to none.
I have worked in business travel for over 25 years and during this time have managed corporate travel for small organisations through to large global companies. I also arrange incentive travel and have a great deal of experience in dealing with large groups. No enquiry is too big or too small, whether you need a hotel for the night or a complicated business trip I am available for you to call.
My move to Travel Counsellors, 21 years ago, has enabled me to offer the very highest level of service and independent travel advice, with the freedom to assist you 24 hours a day - seven days a week. You'll never have to deal with call-centres or pay expensive ‘out of hours’ charges. Instead, I provide simply stress free travel arrangements when you need them.

After giving Claire an idea of the type of trip we were looking for, Claire found us the perfect hotel. The service I received was second to none, nothing seemed to phase Claire. Arranging a trip for 160 people was not without its problems, and I can honestly say that Claire dealt with all queries, changes etc. with efficiency and calmness, nothing was too much trouble, and I would definitely contact Claire for any future trips that I do.
