Having worked in the travel industry for many years, I specialise in corporate travel.

When travelling for business purposes, the travellers’ needs usually are very different from when travelling on a leisure break. Most probably the traveller will need to work en route and arrive prepared for meetings and it is essential that there is attention to detail at every stage of the trip. This is where my expertise can help as I can make recommendations and suggestions to ensure that the trip is a success.

When the PCR Testing kit I ordered was sent to the wrong address, and I was struggling to find an alternative Covid-19 testing centre that could process my test and certificate me and enable me to travel, I turned to Claire McKnight of Independent Travel Counsellors for help. Claire couldn’t work miracles as all the testing centres in London and at Heathrow Airport were fully booked, or needed a 48-hour turnaround time, so I had to postpone my travel plans but Claire’s calm rationale and helpful manner helped me work through options and get me out of a “crisis mind-set”.
