24/7/365 support
I do sleep but my clients often wonder when as I am always on hand to deal with any unforeseen problems or changes to travel arrangements. All my clients have my mobile and home telephone numbers to ensure no matter what time of day or night they have an expert at the end of the phone to deal with any problems. This is part of the service and not charged as an extra.

Peace of mind
Most importantly in today’s unpredictable world I offer peace of mind to customers, their families and their employers. I take my duty of care for all my customers very seriously and client safety always takes precedence. I know where and when my customers are travelling and residing and in the event of an emergency we have systems in place to resolve issues quickly. If clients wish to activate our iPhone or Android App we can easily geolocate travellers. This can be deactivated when not travelling.
