Hi, I’m Susan Moffat, your personal Travel Counsellor for Business, based in Chertsey, Surrey.

With 30 years of experience in the travel industry, including more than 15 years as British Airways cabin crew, I bring extensive knowledge of airlines, airports, hotels, destinations and the realities of travelling on a busy schedule.

My aim is to make business travel simpler, more efficient and far less stressful. I currently have particular experience supporting agencies within the music industry, arranging fast-moving travel for artists, management teams and other industry professionals. These bookings often involve short notice, multiple destinations, changing schedules, specific baggage requirements and the need for quick, reliable communication.

I take the time to understand your business, your travellers, your budgets and the way you prefer to work. I can manage flights, hotels, rail, car hire, group travel, executive travel and complex international itineraries, while helping you identify practical and cost-effective options.
