Hi, welcome to my website. My name is Kim McKie and I am an independent Business Travel Counsellor based in Sunderland in the North East of England.
I have a franchise with Travel Counsellors who were founded in 1994 and we are currently ranked number 14 in the UK’s top 50 TMC’s for Business Travel and we have won many awards for our business innovation, client care and won the queens award 3 times.

We have a wealth of knowledge with around 2000 TC’s, a 24/7 duty office, over £650m buying power, financial protection and a back office team of over 300 staff. Together we offer our diverse range of clients a personal service in managing their business travel covering everything from flights, hotels, private charters, transfers and chauffeur service, with me being your primary contact.

I am very passionate about travel and dedicated to customer service. I have travelled worldwide on various business and leisure trips, visiting over 20 countries so I have the knowledge and experience to offer you the best personalised service. I look after my clients from the initial enquiry right until they return home – looking at the best way to get them from A to B whilst looking to save time and money. Im always on hand for any thing that should crop up be that a last minute change or cancellation.

I understand how important Travelling for Business is and every company has different needs. I can also offer my clients bespoke MI reports, regular reviews, invoices and statements to suit your business requirements. Our MY TC App is an extension of my personal service and gives all your travel details and documents at your finger tips.
