Focus on service and technology sees record sales
Business travel now represents a quarter of the company’s revenue and is 18 per cent up this financial year compared to the same period last year.
Our investment in technology has also risen to £7m annually, up from £6m the year prior. The investment continues to develop the capabilities of our booking platform, Phenix, as well as enhancing the digital experience of the company’s mobile travel ‘myTC’ app.
