Simon Watts is an excellent agent. I'm a Roadshow Coordinator who needs to book sometimes dozens flights a week. Due to the nature of the business, these flight itineraries are constantly changing. Simon is so patient with all of these changes, and I can always rely on him to ensure he sources the best fares. He is great at providing all the relevant information (fare restrictions, deadline reminders, etc). We ask to book flights for a huge amount of our team and clients, and Simon is familiar with all of them - I don't know how he is able to remember them all! Simon is also available at night and over weekends to make changes which is invaluable to me. I honestly couldn't do my job to such a high standard without him. As well as being an excellent agent, he is also a lovely friendly person, always happily greeting me on the phone - even if it is my 10th call to him in a day!
